Candidates
As a recruitment consultancy we gather information about you that will enable us to find and inform you of the best employment opportunities and to assess your suitability throughout the recruitment process. To do this we may collect personal information including: first name, surname, email address, telephone number, address, career information including job title, company name and displayed on your CV or LinkedIn profile, social media or data that can be found in the public domain, references, banking details, passport, visas where required. This is not an exhaustive list.
Clients
If you are a Client, we need to collect and use information about you or individuals at your organisation, in the course of providing services such as finding candidates who are the right fit for you and your organisation. We collect this information to ensure that the contractual arrangements between us can be properly implemented and the relationship can run smoothly. The more information we have, the more bespoke we can make our service.
How we use your information
Whether you are a candidate or a client, we will only use your personal information when the law allows us to and to contact you, we will use either phone, SMS, social networks or email.
Your personal data may be shared with certain third parties who will be subject to contractual obligations of confidentiality and compliance with relevant laws.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it.
